Company History

After long careers in a national bank's wealth management group, the founders of the company, Rick Thoreson, CFA, and Kelly Steffes, JD, sought to create a client-focused firm whose sole mission was to serve the needs of individuals and families. T&S Investments, LLC was founded as a registered investment advisor, and in 2013, Thoreson Steffes Trust Company was chartered to add trust administration and fiduciary services beyond the scope of an RIA and most family offices. The company manages over $600 million in public securities, farmland, real estate, private equity, and venture capital funds for roughly 100 client relationships.
