Based in Atlanta, GA., IronCAD's teams are supported by an international network of resellers that handle sales and marketing in their respective territories.
We are seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager / Accountant (depending on the qualification) who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow with the organization. In this role, you will work closely with the President and executive leadership team, taking ownership of hands-on financial operations, supporting audits and compliance, and serving as a key liaison between the company and external auditors and service providers. You will also contribute to financial and administrative strategy, providing insights that support informed decision-making at the leadership level. Job functions include:
Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
Conduct full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable and receivable; bank and account reconciliations; monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses
Prepare and deliver timely, accurate financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
Coordinate with external service providers to for payroll processing and 401(k) benefits administration
Ensure appropriate financial controls are in place for employee reimbursements and compliance filings
Partner with external accountants and auditors on tax filings, audits, and regulatory compliance
Manage vendor payments, software subscriptions, and financial systems administration
Act as a primary point of contact for auditors and external stakeholders, clarifying requests and ensuring timely and accurate submissions

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting (level and scope adjusted based on Accountant vs. Manager experience)
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls
Proficiency in Peachtree (or similar accounting software), Excel, and cloud-based financial tools
Bilingual in English and Chinese (reading and speaking)
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
Strong communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
