Your new role
Reporting into the FP&A Manager, your role will be responsible for:

Administering and managing the Technology One finance system

Extracting data and building comprehensive reports

Staying informed about all accounting processes within the business

Recommending and implementing process changes where appropriate

Gathering business requirements for future phases of Technology One development

Owning the systems functional architecture

Training end users on system functionalities

Leading finance initiatives to maximise system efficiencies

Preparing quality documentation and developing comprehensive system administration processes

Resolving outstanding system issues related to architecture, reporting, and processes

Developing BI dashboards and integrating with other systems

What you'll need to succeed

Tertiary qualification in finance, business or commerce

Strong knowledge and experience with Technology One systems

Experienced in conducting formal training sessions

Aptitude for technological problem-solving

Ability to collate and analyse complex data

Team-orientated with leadership capabilities
