About the RoleYou'll play a key role in consolidating financial reporting across multiple entities, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You'll work closely with senior leadership and operational teams to deliver insights that drive performance and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage consolidated financial reports across the group
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Partner with business units to provide financial insights and guidance
• Assist with audit processes and liaise with external auditors
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

What We're Looking For

• Experience in group reporting, financial analysis, or audit
• Strong Excel and financial systems skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive mindset and a genuine desire to make a difference
