About the Role

We're seeking motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Life and Supplemental Health Insurance Agents. In this role, you'll help families and individuals secure financial protection through life insurance and supplemental health coverage. You'll play a vital role in educating clients, building relationships, and providing solutions that meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs via Zoom
• Present and explain life and supplemental health insurance options
• Customize coverage plans to fit clients' goals and budgets
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and appointments (provided and self-generated)
• Maintain compliance with all company and state insurance regulations
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and help others
• Professional attitude and excellent time management
• Previous sales, customer service, or marketing experience preferred (not required)
• Must be able to obtain a state life and health insurance license (training provided)

Salary/Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
