Your new role
Working as a Senior Account Executive, you will be:
- Managing a top tier travel claims portfolio
- Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to a high professional standard
- Handling all aspects of policy processing, including, endorsements, cancellations, renewals, and documentation, maintaining detailed addendum notes and audit trails
- Negotiating terms and assisting in new client endeavours
- Accurately assess & assist with various types of claims, in accordance with company compliance and policy
- Adhering to high quality assurance standards and making sure these are maintained
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience working within Travel Insurance, ideally for a leading insurer or brokerage (required)
- A strong understanding of the travel insurance sector, policies, processes, claims and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Great time management skills
- The right attitude and someone who wants to have a long and successful career within Insurance
