Your new role
Working as a Senior Account Executive, you will be:

• Managing a top tier travel claims portfolio
• Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to a high professional standard
• Handling all aspects of policy processing, including, endorsements, cancellations, renewals, and documentation, maintaining detailed addendum notes and audit trails
• Negotiating terms and assisting in new client endeavours
• Accurately assess & assist with various types of claims, in accordance with company compliance and policy
• Adhering to high quality assurance standards and making sure these are maintained

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience working within Travel Insurance, ideally for a leading insurer or brokerage (required)
• A strong understanding of the travel insurance sector, policies, processes, claims and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Great time management skills
• The right attitude and someone who wants to have a long and successful career within Insurance
