Are you a seasoned Bookkeeper looking for flexibility and autonomy in your next role?We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join a dynamic team in a fully remote capacity.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in bookkeeping, particularly from a public practice or accounting firm environment.

Your new role
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a range of bookkeeping functions across multiple clients. You'll work independently, ensuring accuracy and compliance across payroll, BAS preparation and lodgement, and general bookkeeping duties.

End-to-end bookkeeping for multiple clients

Payroll processing and reporting

Preparation and lodgement of BAS and IAS

Bank and account reconciliations

Accounts payable and receivable

Liaising with clients and external stakeholders

Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years' senior bookkeeping experience
• Preferred experience working in an accounting firm or public practice
• Strong understanding of payroll, BAS, and compliance requirements
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks)
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and with occasional visits to the office as needed for team collaboration or client meetings.
