Henderson Franklin is currently seeking a skilled mid-level business and tax/mergers and acquisitions attorney to join our Fort Myers practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years’ experience, preferably with a transferrable book of business, and a background in corporate and business planning, business succession planning, business tax planning, and mergers and acquisitions. An LL.M. in taxation or CPA designation is highly preferred.

Key Qualifications:

•          Substantive experience in tax, entity formations, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions.
•          Keen business sense with the ability to relate to and communicate clearly with our clients.
•          Strong organizational and follow through skills.
•          Dedication, commitment, and professionalism.
•          Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
