Description
Theis senior accounting role oversees financial operations for DCA's statewide Housing Choice Voucher program. Responsibilities include supervising accounting staff, managing HAP payments, subsidy drawdowns, HUD reporting/VMS submissions, budget monitoring, and audit support while ensuring full HUD and GAAP compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in public administration, business, accounting, finance, or related field; OR associate’s plus two years fiscal analysis; OR four years fiscal analysis.
- Experience supervising or training staff.
- Knowledge of HUD HCV rules, HAP processing, and eLOCCS.
- VMS reporting and HUD financial compliance experience.
